My research interests are mainly in logic and the philosophy of mathematics. I'm especially interested in questions about the nature of proof and about the implications of incompleteness phenomena for mathematical knowledge and practice.

I like mathematics that aims at conceptual clarification, and conceptual clarification that gives rise to beautiful mathematics.
